How do I receive a play code to take part in the Spin and Win game?
If you purchase a [product] during the promotional period, you qualify for a play code.

How do I use the play code

Which personal details do I have to submit and why?

What do I need to be aware of when uploading my proof of purchase?
All relevant elements such as the name of retailer, promotional product, receipt amount and purchase date must be clearly visible on the uploaded invoice. If the invoice is incomplete or illegible, or if the purchased promotional product is incorrect, the entire claim is invalid. Each invoice can only be used once. Repeated use of invoices leads to exclusion from the promotion.
The following formats are accepted: .jpg, .png and .pdf with a maximum file size of 10 MB.
How do I know If I have won a prize and when will I be notified about it?

Can I give my play code/prize away to a friend or partner?
No. Play codes and prizes are personal and non-transferable and cannot be requested by third parties.
Can I exchange my prize for its value in cash?
